Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one account at inatogel. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balance.
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, an active phone number, and a reachable email address. This information is used for identity verification and the processing of financial transactions. inatogel reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. inatogel will not be liable for any loss arising from the disclosure of your password due to user negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Never share your password with anyone, including support staff.
- Use a unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
- Log out of your account after every session on a shared device.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on inatogel are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and online bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account balance within a timeframe that varies depending on the chosen payment method. inatogel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. If your deposit has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact the support team with proof of transaction.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts that have completed full identity verification. inatogel reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. In certain circumstances, inatogel may place a withdrawal on hold for compliance review without prior notice to the user.
All winnings earned through legitimate gameplay will be credited to the account balance and may be withdrawn in accordance with the established procedures. inatogel is not responsible for any fees charged by the user's bank or e-wallet provider.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Inatogel users are required to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the inatogel platform:

Account Suspension & Closure
Inatogel reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide reasons. In cases of fraud or serious breach, the account balance may be frozen or forfeited at inatogel's discretion and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures once all required verifications have been completed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Inatogel does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions, errors, or delays at all times. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. inatogel is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss or damage to the user's system.
Intellectual Property
All content on the inatogel platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of inatogel or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or make use of any such content without prior written permission. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
